Rodolfo Gomez, Staff Engineer


Mr. Gomez earned a Bachelor degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the University of Veracruz, Mexico. He then spent five years working as the Systems Engineer in the Design Engineering Office of the Laguna Verde Nuclear Power Station where he assisted in and implemented design modifications. After his time at Laguna Verde, he became the Project Manager for a shipyard. There, he gained experience in assuring that all aspects of the contract were met, and managing the interface between the customer and the shipyards. He then spent five years working for PRINVER S.A. de C.V. There he worked in the threading plant as the Quality Control Supervisor, and later assisted in purchasing. He also developed strategies to save money for the company, and supervised the Metallurgical and Metrology labs. He was most recently responsible for the Engineering office of PRINVER’s Protectors Unit, in charge of technical support to the plastic injection line, assembling line, threading line, and finishing line. Mr. Gomez was responsible for the design development, implementation and sale of new products for PRINVER.

Mr. Gomez is fluent in Spanish, English, and French. He is an accomplished speaker and is well versed in the International Industry Standards and Regulations.
