  • Project Manager for Sandia National Laboratories, Albuquerque, N.M. Performed environmental testing, evaluation, and project oversight for federal testing facility (1989-1995).

  • Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessment for former chromium plating plant located in the Macadam District of Portland, Oregon. Performed assessment and delineation of subsurface soil and groundwater impacts from the former plating plant (1998).

  • Phase II Environmental Site Assessment for commercial property in the Holman District of Portland, Oregon. Project management of subsurface soil and groundwater impacts from manufacturing facilities within the Holman District (1999).

  • Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessment for lumber mill in Cottage Grove, Oregon. Performed assessment and delineation of subsurface soil and groundwater impacts from on-site activities and former log pond (2000).

  • Phase II Environmental Site Assessment for manufacturing facility in Kent, Washington. Performed testing at the site to determine impacts to subsurface soil and groundwater from manufacturing process (2001).

  • Wetlands delineation and mitigation for 40 acre property in Eugene, Oregon (2002).

  • Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessment and proposed cleanup project for a lumber mill and associated log pond on 23 acre property in Eugene, Oregon (2002). Responsibilities also included wetlands delineation and mitigation, as well as oversight for a comprehensive geotechnical study.

  • Mold investigations and remediation for two coastal resort properties (2002).

  • Project Director for national banking institution. Performed project oversight for all environmental issues concerning banking facilities within a five state region.
