Radon Mitigation System – Brookings, Oregon
Alpha successfully mitigated a residence in Brookings, Oregon to levels below 1.0 pCi/L. Alpha traveled to Brookings, Oregon to mitigate the residence of a concerned owner. Due to soil type, a complex sump pump system, and the large footprint of the building, Alpha installed two separate systems on each side of the building. Some modifications to the sump pump were required as a bed of large drain rock exists around the foundation. Immediate post-mitigation results were below 1.0 pCi/L, and long-term testing completed recently confirmed that levels remain below 1.0 pCi/L.
