I began working part time at Alpha Environmental in the year 2000, doing bookkeeping and payroll with a few employees on staff. In 2006, I became the full-time office manager, began to learn all facets of the services we offered, and moved into providing customer services also. Our company continued to grow and in 2014 we hired a full-time accountant, in turn my focus became customer service with some accounting responsibilities.
We have continued to grow over the years, adding staff, more services, and more departments. Alpha currently has the largest staff ever and is growing. I have received the Certificate of Achievement for SHRM Essentials of Human Resources and am continuing to develop a knowledge of Human Resources to be of assistance in our company.
