Phillip R. Brewer

He began working in the environmental field in 1988 and is considered by many to be one of the top environmental professionals in the Northwest. Mr. Brewer is first and foremost a problem solver. Having originally begun his career by studying Business Administration at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas, he has since learned the industry from the ground up. He is the owner and president, overseeing Alpha’s commercial and residential services. His range of expertise includes strategic planning, project management, client services, and regulatory compliance. He is an EPA designated Environmental Professional.

Mr. Brewer has more than 25 years of experience performing individual and multi-site environmental site assessments of industrial, commercial and residential properties throughout the western United States for a wide range of clients from the financial, real estate, legal, and government sectors. He has managed complex projects for several high-profile clients, including the State of Oregon, Metro, TriMet, Port of Portland, Multnomah County, and City of Portland, as well as numerous large private corporations. His understanding of client needs and practical approach to project management has resulted in significant savings of time and resources for our clients.
